Tottenham Hotspur fought back impressively to earn a 2–2 draw with Manchester City in an entertaining Premier League clash. City started strongly and went ahead early through Rayan Cherki before Antoine Semenyo doubled the advantage just before halftime, putting the visitors in control. Spurs, however, showed resilience after the break. Dominic Solanke sparked the comeback with a goal in the 53rd minute and then struck again in the 70th minute to level the match. City pushed for a late winner, dominating possession for much of the game, but Tottenham defended well in the closing stages to hold on for a valuable point at home.
